Silent, fuel-free power in the field
The M-PRES 36 is a portable power source that relies on a series of batteries charged by photovoltaic panels, vehicle IV, AC power, a generator or fuel cells.
It has a 3,600 W, 95% efficient switch-type inverter and has been tested extensively for over three years in extreme heat, cold, humidity and desert conditions. It can be configured for mounting in military trailers, Conex boxes and military vehicles.

- EnclosureWeather-proof box with lifting handles, 2.0′ W × 2.0′ D × 4.0′ H. Fan-vented, with a weather-tight hinged opening that is opened during operation and closed when not in use.
- Inverter3,600 W modified sine wave, 95% efficient; sustains a 6,000 W surge for motor start-up.
- BatteriesFour deep-cycle lead-acid batteries, 410 amp-hours each.
- Switch gear175 A 24 V DC main breaker; 50 A and 25 A 24 V DC breakers; 10 A 12 V breakers; 50 A 120 V AC transfer switch and 120 V receptacle breakers.

- Charge controlPhotovoltaic charge controller maximizes charging and will equalize, float and pulse without overcharging.
- ConnectionsRecessed panel with a pin-type IV plug (two 3/8″ pins, #4 gauge wire) and a single-pin type IV (one center 5/8″ conductor, circular ground connector, 2/0 gauge wire); 12 V accessory plugs (can jump-start vehicles and charge a laptop); military-type water-tight connectors for accessories and PV panels; 20 A 120 V AC spec-grade duplex receptacle with weather-tight cover.
